White belt to Blue belt, 5:45pm to 7:00pm
Brown and Black belts, 7:00pm to 8:00pm
All ranks, 6:15pm to 7:30pm

Silverdale Butokukan partners with many martial artists in our region to offer tournaments, seminars, workshops, and other training opportunities. Recent events include:
· Former nationally ranked fighter and Kajukenbo Master, Fred King joined us for a sparring session
· Russian Systema instructor Dean Foster visited to introduce Systema techniques
· Guro Deo Guerrero taught a stick & knife defense seminar
· Our instructors participated in ‘All Butokukan’ black belt workouts
